F1 Hungarian GP LIVE: Mercedes’ George Russell claimed the first pole position of his F1 career as Red Bull’s Max Verstappen starts the Hungarian GP from tenth place. F1 Hungarian GP LIVE: George Russell after claiming the first pole position of his F1 career.

In the FP1 session, it was Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz who took the number one spot as he was followed by Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc in the second and third spots.

In the FP2 session, it was Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc who took the number one spot as he was followed by Lando Norris and Carlos Sainz in the second and third spots.

In the FP3 session, Nicholas Latifi secured the first free practice session of his F1 career as he was followed by Charles Leclerc and Alex Albon in the second and third spots.

But, Ferrari looks like to win the Hungarian GP and get as many points they can to counter Red Bull. But, Mercedes will look to play the spoilsport as George Russell claimed the first Pole position of his F1 career.

Meanwhile, Red Bull has a lead of 82 points in the constructors’ standings with 396 points, and Ferrari who is placed second in the mix-up sees themselves with 314 points. Whereas, Mercedes enjoys a big lead of 177 points over Alpine who are placed fourth overall.

Moreover, Max Verstappen leads the driver’s standings with 233 points. He is followed by Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc with 170 points and Sergio Perez who has 163 points to his name is seven points shy of Leclerc.
