Biden supports Peaceful Roe v. Wade protests against the SCOTUS judges

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said in a tweet that Biden supports the peaceful choice protests, but condemns any violence, threats or vandalism.

Psaki tweeted:

In other words, President Biden supports the First Amendment, but people shouldn’t do anything illegal or jeopardize the safety of judges.

Psaki’s tweet shouldn’t be controversial, especially since the the last president wanted to mobilize the military and shoot George Floyd’s protesters.

The Biden administration is right. The American people have the right to protest the theft of the rights of a majority of popularity by an unelected and irresponsible majority of the Supreme Court who has a life seat on the bench.

The Biden administration’s tweet appears to be a response to Senator Ted Cruz and others on the right who say President Biden is mobilizing crowds of people to attack Supreme Court justices.

President Biden respects the constitutional rights of all Americans and that includes the right to protest safely against a Supreme Court majority opinion draft that overturns Roe.
